Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you have peace of mind when using our services.

At Kinadall Consult Inc., we are committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our advisory services, we implement the following refund policy.
Non-Refundable Services
Fees for initial consultation, application guidance, or documentation support are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel your engagement before any application work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative fee.
No Refunds After Submission
Once your application has been submitted to any institution, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Missed Appointments
No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours' prior notice.
